Who We Are

START Regeneration, based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, brings together expertise and skills in regeneration, planning, housing delivery, environmental design, project funding and community and stakeholder engagement. Our three partners each have over 30 years’ experience gained at senior level in Local Authorities, regeneration partnerships and Government agencies mainly across the north of England. An extensive network of contacts in associated disciplines can be drawn upon to provide additional specialist support when required.

Our Services

START Regeneration works with clients in the public and private sectors as well as community groups, landowners and developers. Our services include:-

  • Project Management – particularly housing site delivery and regeneration programmes
  • Developing and managing strategic public/private partnerships to deliver development
  • Preparation of funding applications and links to funding agencies
  • Site identification and follow-up action to secure development or enhancement schemes
  • Support for neighbourhood planning groups
  • Support for community based housing and environmental projects
  • Community and stakeholder surveys and consultation
